Unpaid advertising: HRS

HRS is an excellent hotel reservation service I’ve been relying on often in the past. Recently, I complained that I’d rather be able to include availability of Wi-Fi in hotel rooms with my room search, or at least see it prominently in the listings.They just sent mail to let me know that they will have this feature, that it’s in testing, and will be available soon.That’s what I call customer service.
