Will be worked out in parallel with the setup of an acceptable ccNSO and used if that work is unsuccessful. No ccTLD meeting in Amsterdam. Wholeharted support of the blueprint. Hope that ICANN will be the trusted partner expected from the white paper, but better to have an alternative ready.
